Hi, my names Nathan Buckingham and I'm a Spiritual Life Coach and the creator and owner of Integral Alchemy Academy and I wish you a very warm welcome. 

So about me, in a nutshell I am somebody that has gone through life that has experienced my fair share of difficulties and challenges in regards to being raised in a toxic and abusive env

Hi, my names Nathan Buckingham and I'm a Spiritual Life Coach and the creator and owner of Integral Alchemy Academy and I wish you a very warm welcome. 

So about me, in a nutshell I am somebody that has gone through life that has experienced my fair share of difficulties and challenges in regards to being raised in a toxic and abusive environment. 

The types of abuse I have experienced has been related to emotional abuse, physical abuse and emotional neglect that caused me to feel suicidally depressed, socially and generally anxious, traumatized in the form of C-PTSD and lost as a person. 

Upon becoming aware of how I felt and the sorts of negative thoughts and beliefs I had I knew I had to fix this, fix me, or rather the parts of me that where really hurt and damaged, to heal my inner child. That lead me on a journey of self help healing that consisted of doing all my own research and trying out and experimenting with so many different ways to heal that where suggested to me by the Internet, Therapists, Friends, Family and Spiritual Teachers in order to heal my emotional wounds and negative thoughts and beliefs I had and are still working through, I am not perfect by any means but I am a world away from who I thought I was and I experience so much more gratitude, peace, contentment, confidence and self love I never thought possible and now I want to share that with you reading this because I dont like seeing people think so low of themselves when in my eyes you are a magnificent, powerful, infinite, universal creator being that is waiting to be uncaged.

My intention is to share knowledge, wisdom, tools and techniques that I have learnt and found to work very well in my own personal healing journey in the hopes that my teachings will help you reading this and other people break free from disempowering self-limiting beliefs that cause suffering, unhappiness and pressured me to play small i

Why I want to do this is because it hurts and angers me deeply to see people in pain and suffering that have so much untapped potential that think so little of themselves and settle for way less than they deserve when in reality I believe we  are all so capable and deserving of so much more love, happiness, peace and abundance in our lives.

What this will involve is teaching you my methods and techniques that I have used to introspect, analyze and Alchemize a lot of my own wounds and programming's in order to free myself from mental slavery and live a more authentic, liberated and peaceful life.  In simple terms, Shadow Work.
